This item can be shipped or picked up locally (Knoxville, TN). Most items will be ready to ship/pickup within 1 week. Large items or multiple items may require a little more time. You will be notified by email or text when your item is ready to ship or pickup. Local pickups must be picked up within 10 days of notification.
Item can be returned within 10 days of receipt for a full refund (minus return shipping charges). After 10 days, no refunds provided. Customized product cannot be returned. If an item is damaged during shipping, we will work with you on a replacement.
